![]() I had to stop Wampserver's MySQL service this. ![]() Once I had Wampserver running, I couldn't connect to MySQL via Shell/Workbench. The next thing I did is install Wampserver, which I gather I'll need as I get further along with making my website. On the new DB Server, after migrating the data, you login to mysql as root and run mysql> source MyDatabaseUSers. My plan is to learn a few other languages (Python's next) and make a website using this database. If you don't have Percona Toolkit and can't wait, here is my personal emulation of it GRANT_CMDS=/tmp/ShowGrantsToExport.sql What I want to know is if it is possible to schedule MySQL Workbench to run the scripts and export to CSVs at a specific time everyday. I did select the schema to be imported to and I had selected Dump Structure and Data. I used the following method:- Server -> Data Import -> Import from Self-contained file. If you already have Percona Toolkit installed, run pt-show-grants to a text file GRANT_FILE=MyDatabaseUSers.sql I have a couple scripts (very simple stuff select queries) that I run in MySQL Workbench which I can than export to CSVs. Did a Google search on how to import a database as a. Here is logical way to dump it: as SQL GRANT commands !!! SUGGESTION #1
